All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the nature of our business and demand for our products. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase on your unused/unopened bundles.
Store Credit is given on unaltered packs only:
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot restock hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles, co washing 1 one bundle to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure please show your stylist.
A 20% restocking fee apply and client is responsible for shipping item back to us for exchange/credit.
